Work has Begun

Kinda exciting for me, but very less so for you, my dear readers. So unless any crazy anecdotes occur, I'll keep it at:
1) The judge is cool.
2) I have a personal office with an ocean view.


In other news, I took part in a low-stakes poker tournament in some hidden rooms in the basement of a bar last night. It was fun. I lost 10$ and played for about 2 hours. This will be a Monday night hang while I'm here; in August, Thursdays will regain their significance for me.
