Walking around Tokyo
With my return to New Jersey nearing, I've been spending lots of my free days just walking around areas that have become familiar to me.
Here are a few snapshots of things I passed today.
First, the statue of Takamori Saigo (the last samurai) in Ueno Park

Here's a shot of the logo of one of Japan's most common shipping companies -- I see this everywhere, so figured I should document it. This was in Hongo (between Nezu and Tokyo Dome)

Then, I walked along to see the Dome area -- always kind of relaxed & peaceful feeling there when no baseball games are going on. Here are images that note when the Dome, or "Big Egg", was built -- surprisingly in the shape of a star of David.
