A Tribute

The guy who produced the above site was a law clerk for one year in the Republic of Palau. His site is lengthy, but pretty entertaining. I recommend reading at least the 'Prologue'. Btw, Palau is the place you may have heard me mumbling about fairly recently since the Chief Justice Arthur Ngiraklsong of the Supreme Court of Palau (who this guy worked for) is a 1975 graduate of Rutgers Camden Law School.
