People everywhere love a reason to drink !
Probably one of the highlights was when I noticed a local girl wearing a "Kiss me I'm Irish" t-shirt. I looked over at Eiji and said "I think that's a lie"

As far as I know, this is one of the few places where, despite their efforts, Christian missionaries were effectively resisted (a few hangings by order of the shogun back in the day were all it took). However, some holidays have infiltrated.... St. Pat's is just starting to get big, but they love the Santa & consumerism parts of Christmas!! :-D

Ettore, ST.Patty's ain't really a religious Holiday....It was made for people who loves to drink and party like animals.

Ettore, St. Patty's ain't really a religious holiday. It was created for whom loves to drink and party. I believe that the Running of the Santa'z are much more Religious than some Leprecons running around.

Peace from Tokyo
