Some Courthouse Excitement
I was sitting in on the hearing discussed in the story linked below.

Headline: Attorney Could Be Disbarred After Interfering With Jury in GRM Trial
I saw perhaps the dumbest lawyer ever. She didn't do a good job of showing a judge respect when the future of her career rested in his hands.
Anyway, this just indicates how small of an island St. Croix is, since something so relatively minor (outside of the legal community) was one of the top 4 news articles on the local paper's web site. Of course, when an island has fewer people than Cherry Hill, small things have the potential to be big news.
note: That wasn't my judge. I just had some free time on the first day, and I'm generally encouraged to attend other proceedings in the building to see what goes on.
