Swift Justice
I just overheard my judge and another judge discussing the recent order linked below. A Florida counterpart of my judge required two attorneys to play 'rock, paper, scissors' to determine where to hold a deposition. My judge thought it was was very creative. Maybe I can be a referee if he starts ordering similar things!

Fisher, what's your carribean number. I must get the weekly carribean gossip!
I only talk to people who have Cingular (the gossip is at a rate of 10 cents per minute-- plus one dollar per day of gossip).
However, if you get such a service, I will gladly spread the news.
