Wonderful News
I just discovered today that even though the VI doesn't have Megamillions, it does have Powerball. That means when I play the lotto here, if I win my victory will come at the expense of only people not from NJ, so I feel even better about it!
And, with my first ticket, bought on Tuesday, I matched the "Powerball" number of 12, so I've got 3 Washingtons headed my way!!

YEAH!!! I'm getting pumped up for the grand arrival!
There were some strikes by public workers in PR about a month ago. Last I heard was that things were smooth now, but that may have changed.
Since the San Juan airport appears to be the main Caribbean hub, I'd think that a lot of effort goes into keeping it running-- but, I guess all we can do is hope for no closings.
Fisher, I must have some real time communication with you. You shuold go on AIM sometime.
Btw, I will admit I looked up both rustication and insular.
